Responsibilities

• Create original email, social media, blog, and newsletter copy tailored to client needs and voice
• Refine visual deliverables from freelance designers to meet quality standards
• Support teammates with ad hoc client requests and custom HTML newsletters
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content production
• Manage high volumes of assignments and deadlines using ClickUp
• Conduct vertical-specific research to surface timely topics for clients

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in SMB content marketing and communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Eye for design, particularly social media graphics
• Experience or enthusiasm for using AI models in content development
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred
