Responsibilities

• Update and republish blog posts to improve user experience and engagement
• Manage on-page SEO optimizations across existing and new content
• Execute technical SEO fixes including broken links, schema, and internal linking
• Lead backlink acquisition efforts through content creation and outreach campaigns
• Publish new blog content to support growth goals using RankMath
• Improve content quality, readability, and engagement
• Add and update affiliate links to maximize organic revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience doubling or tripling organic traffic via content and SEO
• Deep SEO expertise covering strategy, optimization, and technical fundamentals
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Passion for books, publishing, or author education
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize content based on data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in publishing, education, or creative services
• Success building organic traffic around service-based funnels
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, RankMath, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Familiarity with affiliate optimization and content ROI tracking
