About the Company

Abacum is the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams to drive performance. By automating reporting, enabling collaboration, and simplifying planning and forecasting, we help finance teams shift from number crunching to driving strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline, including drafting and coordinating with external writers and subject matter experts
  • Own SEO and AEO execution, including publishing optimized content and managing technical SEO updates
  • Build and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot
  • Manage the marketing website in Framer, including publishing new pages and managing landing pages
  • Own marketing analytics using PostHog, GA4, and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Manage HubSpot operations including lead routing, lead scoring, and CRM hygiene
  • Maintain server-side tracking, UTM conventions, and campaign tracking
  • Administer the marketing tech stack including Framer, PostHog, HubSpot, Semrush, and Stape

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with experience in both content production and marketing operations
  • Strong HubSpot experience including workflows, lead scoring, and email automation
  • Proficiency with website CMS platforms such as Framer, Webflow, or WordPress
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools like PostHog or GA4
  • Solid writing and editing skills for blog posts and email sequences
  • Highly organized and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking or tag management (Stape, GTM)
  • Experience with lead routing tools like Default, Chili Piper, or LeanData
  • Experience in FP&A, fintech, or B2B finance software
  • Spanish fluency
