Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Copywrite various marketing content including banner ads, website landing pages, and email
• Oversee the prospect content journey for SolarWinds Observability to move buyers through the funnel
• Manage the content calendar for the Observability Demand Generation team
• Build a repeatable content repurposing framework for pillar assets like webinars and reports
• Develop content series and editorial calendars covering observability and AI developments
• Leverage generative AI tools to assist in content creation and translations
• Align messaging with company best practices, personas, and brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and external agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a copywriter, with a digital focus preferred
• Proven experience in a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B or B2C environments
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for scalable content creation
• Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Strong leadership and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana
