Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all platforms
• Write compelling copy for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, ShareChat, Moj) and CRM email campaigns
• Develop persuasive content for performance marketing ads and product descriptions
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, and growth teams to create multimedia content
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility
• Track content performance using analytics tools and perform A/B testing
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting
• Experience in a startup environment preferred
• Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and creativity
• Proficiency in SEO principles and content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
