Responsibilities

• Work daily within an AI-driven content environment using tools like Claude for research, drafting, and ideation
• Produce self-sufficient visual assets including social graphics, thumbnails, and slides using AI tools
• Support newsletter production through research, drafting, editing, and subscriber acquisition tactics
• Manage end-to-end webinar production, including calendar management, slide building, and content repurposing
• Drive Instagram growth by researching fintech trends and producing social copy, graphics, and short-form video
• Act as an owner within a lean team to identify and fix operational gaps

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional writing or content marketing experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a reporter, editor, staff writer, or producer at a publication
• 2+ years of in-house experience (not agency or freelance)
• Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Descript
• Proven ability to produce content across newsletter, social, or live event formats
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends and formats within finance or business verticals
• Ability to work onsite in New York City (Monday–Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content related to personal finance, investing, or fintech
• Proficiency with newsletter platforms like Beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp
• Experience in webinar or live event production
• Track record of audience growth in newsletters or social media
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or Descript
• Comfort appearing on camera
