Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and accelerate the Jameson Content Marketing Strategy for the Indian market by creating comprehensive content roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Indian brand teams to adapt global assets and develop local creative content based on global brand strategy.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure all locally produced assets adhere to global strategy and executional guidelines.
• Translate local cultural insights and media landscape analysis into actionable content briefs.
• Lead the development of market-centric content campaigns that leverage timely local occasions and cultural moments.
• Manage relationships with global and local creative agencies, including cost control and performance management.
• Research and test innovative content formats and emerging channels to drive brand engagement and talkability.
• Oversee the planning and publishing of content across local channels to ensure integrated messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content roadmap development and creative asset adaptation.
• Strong expertise in agency management and working with both global and local partners.
• Ability to perform deep cultural insight analysis to fuel creative development.
• Proficiency in content brief creation and strategic marketing planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape and emerging content channels.
• Experience working within a global brand framework while maintaining local relevance.
