Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with platform leads across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Podcast, and Newsletter
• Improve content strategy, packaging, positioning, and campaign execution
• Identify ways to drive leads, sales, event registrations, and newsletter signups through content
• Brainstorm high-performing concepts, series, launches, and partnerships
• Organize launch calendars, campaign coordination, and distribution plans
• Review analytics to identify patterns and balance creativity with performance marketing

Requirements

• Deep understanding of both content and marketing
• Experience working with creator brands, media companies, or fast-moving startups
• Strong instincts regarding hooks, positioning, virality, and audience psychology
• Ability to think in campaigns rather than one-off posts
• Understanding of internet culture and business audiences
• Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate

• Experience with high-growth creator brands
• Experience with launches, funnels, or direct response marketing
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and creative teams
• Proficiency using AI tools to speed up ideation and workflows
