Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a 0→1 content function, creating the narrative and editorial infrastructure from scratch
• Interview enterprise customers to transform complex technical transformations into compelling case studies and stories
• Develop a diverse range of content including long-form pieces, video scripts, social media content, and email campaigns
• Manage Bolna's social presence and shape the brand's point of view across various digital channels
• Use data to prioritize content topics and track the impact of storytelling on the sales pipeline
• Collaborate directly with founders and sales teams to align content with customer needs and product updates

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content or marketing, preferably within a fast-moving startup environment
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality long-form and short-form content
• Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear, impactful narratives for a lay audience
• A data-driven approach to storytelling, using metrics to inform content strategy and distribution
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes without an existing playbook
• B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise software industries
• Ability to storyboard and brief creative assets like videos and design elements
