Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-format content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and product adoption
• Create engaging blog posts, social posts, and long-form technical guides
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle marketing and product newsletters
• Own the video strategy, producing customer stories, technical demos, and brand videos
• Utilize AI tools to scale content production while maintaining high quality and human warmth

• Ability to work independently and execute plans with minimal oversight
• Creative and fast learner with a pulse on the AI space
• Resourceful problem-solver capable of improvising and pushing through obstacles
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Mission-aligned with building better customer experiences through AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing a social media account, newsletter, or website
• Hands-on experience building websites or managing marketing campaigns
• Deep conviction and high-level execution capabilities
