About the Company

Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high-volume phone workflows. We are a fast-growing Series A startup in San Francisco building the platform that makes voice AI possible for businesses.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video into short-form clips optimized for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts
• Write captions, hooks, and copy that align with the brand voice
• Generate a constant stream of content ideas, formats, and angles
• Design graphics, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or similar tools
• Cover product launches, company news, and industry moments
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence across platforms
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to the team

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills with a strong sense of voice and rhythm
• Strong eye for video editing and pacing
• Ability to move fast and take ownership without constant supervision
• Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)
• Ability to create clean visuals in Canva or Figma
• Rapid learner capable of understanding technical AI concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing a social account or brand page organically
• Previous experience creating content for a company or organization
• Genuine interest in AI, tech, or B2B sectors
• Experience ghost-writing or managing a specific brand voice
