Content Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning and implementing campaigns for users and drivers in the UK
• Develop and execute retention, loyalty, and driver recruitment campaigns
• Manage the entire campaign workflow, including testing, creative, operations, and reporting
• Utilize various communication channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app popups
• Manage segmentation strategies for campaign testing and analysis
• Track and optimize campaign performance while monitoring competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both digital and offline marketing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Familiarity with the UK local market, consumer preferences, and marketing trends
• Experience in digital content production and website/content management (e.g., HubSpot)
• Proficiency with measurement metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Proven track record of executing successful campaigns with measurable results
