Content Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Finmo’s global content strategy across all marketing channels
• Build a content flywheel transforming product insights and industry trends into multi-channel content
• Manage website content strategy including landing pages and educational resources
• Create content for AI visibility across answer engines and generative search platforms (AEO/GEO)
• Manage blog, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit), and newsletters
• Develop executive thought leadership content and industry commentary
• Build and nurture a community of finance leaders and operators
• Create marketing collateral including one-pagers, guides, and sales enablement assets
• Use AI tools to improve content research, ideation, and repurposing

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology
• Strong ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into compelling content
• Experience managing content across website, blogs, social media, CRM emails, and newsletters
• Deep understanding of SEO, content distribution, and audience growth
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial skills
