Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute real-time content creation for the CEO, capturing insights, meetings, and travel for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Build and scale the CEO’s online presence through compelling storytelling and consistent content execution
• Capture, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form video and written content
• Proactively identify content opportunities and translate experiences into engaging narratives
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to improve strategy
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape messaging, voice, and personal brand
• Support conference attendance and external events by capturing live content
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and deliverables
• Travel with the CEO approximately 30% of the time

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating content with measurable audience growth and engagement
• Active portfolio or personal brand showcasing published content
• Strong video content creation skills including filming and editing
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
• Exceptional artistic, creative, and visual eye
• Experience managing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility startup environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
