Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate content strategy into execution plans across website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
• Produce end-to-end content including blog posts, landing pages, social content, and video scripts
• Drive website traffic through SEO-informed content, webinars, and client use cases
• Launch "Riot Originals," an in-house short-form fiction series, managing scripting, production, and distribution
• Set up scalable content workflows using AI tools and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers
• Track and iterate on content performance using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics
• Adapt content for international markets with an English-first, multilingual approach

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or creative roles
• AI-native workflow proficiency, using AI tools to multiply productivity
• Strong video production and direction skills with a video-first mindset
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content analytics to measure and adjust performance
• Native French and full professional proficiency in English
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate for this on-site role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a communications, digital, or advertising agency
• Experience with offline/OOH campaigns or paid media
• Strong art direction sensibility aligned with a premium, modern brand aesthetic
