Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand voice and investment philosophy
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, and email marketing campaigns
• Translate complex investment and financial topics into clear, engaging, and digestible content
• Design and produce social media graphics and multimedia assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Lead content planning for business events, webinars, fund launches, and thought leadership campaigns
• Manage email marketing workflows and nurture communications using Pardot or similar automation tools
• Collaborate with investment and marketing teams to extract insights and develop expert-led content

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content management, social media, or digital marketing
• Experience in financial services or a B2B environment is preferred
• Proven track record of managing social media strategy and driving measurable engagement
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot)
• Ability to use design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visual assets
• National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong ability to translate technical subject matter for varied audiences
