Content Manager, Localization

Responsibilities

• Localize, write, edit, and transcreate culturally-relevant content across all user-facing touchpoints
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and SEO to execute content strategies
• Manage LLM-driven workflows and design prompts for AI-native localization
• Synthesize local user research and market trends to advocate for local user needs
• Initiate and support A/B tests on localized content to measure conversion and engagement
• Maintain brand voice and tone while optimizing linguistic assets with translation vendors
• Identify and fix content-related UX issues through continuous QA

Requirements

• Native-level fluency and cultural authority in the German market
• 5+ years of experience in localization, UX writing, transcreation, or content design within tech or ecommerce
• 3+ years of experience working with translation management systems
• Familiarity with linguistic quality assurance frameworks like MQM
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Miro
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Strong understanding of internationalization and localization principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry
