About the role
Responsibilities
- Localize, write, edit, and transcreate culturally-relevant content across all user-facing touchpoints
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and SEO to define content strategies
- Manage LLM-driven workflows and design prompts for AI-native localization
- Synthesize local user research and market trends to advocate for local user needs
- Initiate and support A/B tests on localized content to measure conversion and engagement
- Partner with translation vendors to maintain and optimize linguistic assets
- Identify and fix content-related issues in the product through continuous QA
Requirements
- Native-level fluency and cultural authority in the Italian market
- 5+ years of experience in localization, UX writing, transcreation, or content design
- 3+ years of experience working with translation management systems
- Familiarity with linguistic quality assurance frameworks (e.g., MQM)
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Miro
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Experience in a global ecommerce or tech company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry
