Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn) from end-to-end, including planning, script writing, and publishing.
• Capture content by accompanying the Associate Director to business meetings, property viewings, and networking events.
• Film and edit high-quality video content using mobile devices and CapCut.
• Monitor Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities to generate daily content ideas.
• Coordinate with the production team for larger-scale video shoots and productions.
• Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Native Czech speaker currently based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proven expertise in filming and editing videos using CapCut.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with leadership on a daily basis.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
