Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign concepts into platform-ready content including posts, stories, and short-form videos
• Adapt visuals and copy into social-first formats like hooks, captions, carousels, and reels
• Assist with the design and execution of campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts
• Monitor channels, respond to community engagement, and flag feedback
• Track performance metrics and compile weekly reports
• Research trends, memes, and audios to propose proactive brand participation
• Package trend-based concepts into scripts, shot lists, or rough edits
• Support influencer seeding, collaborations, and live event content capture
• Work AI-first by using LLMs to clarify intent, research, and draft output

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe apps
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple deadlines
