Responsibilities

• Produce 2–4 high-quality, organic-feeling videos per week regarding Brazilian use-cases like Travel, Wealth, and Remote Work
• Manage the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, production, and editing
• Stay updated on social media trends to generate new content ideas
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative assets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Filmmaker
• Portfolio showcasing high production value organic or branded content
• Ability to produce various video styles including UGC, Voice Over, and Street Interviews
• Strong pre-production skills in ideation and scripting
• Deep understanding of Brazilian digital culture, trends, and language
• Proficiency in high-quality, aesthetically pleasing video editing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience filming with both professional cameras and iPhones
• Ability to scale content volume by leading or hiring UGC creators and agencies
• Clear understanding of affluent user culture and behavior in Brazil
