Content Lead, PMHNP

Responsibilities

• Develop outstanding board-review and refresher content for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians
• Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of learning materials, including digital, print, and multimedia content
• Review author-submitted PMHNP content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the nursing content team to identify curricular needs
• Oversee multiple content development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Track and report on project progress while addressing challenges proactively
• Stay updated on changes in PMHNP practices and emerging trends in healthcare and nursing education

Requirements

• Masters or doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Active RN/APRN licensure in good standing
• Board-certified as a PMHNP
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health or related fields
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency with collaborative software such as Google Docs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development for graduate-level nursing coursework or nursing education
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements for PMHNP programs
