Responsibilities

• Own Lawhive's social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to company priorities and product launches
• Lead founder and employee advocacy programmes
• Build recurring content series and campaigns to drive brand recognition
• Translate complex legal and AI topics into engaging content
• Track and report on performance metrics
• Run experiments across different formats and channels
• Capture content from events, team moments, and customer stories

Requirements

• 4+ years in social media or content roles
• Proven track record of audience growth and impact
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to emulate different voices
• Experience working at a fast-growth startup
• Ability to manage founder accounts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Active presence on social media platforms
