About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-house consultant to provide strategic recommendations for improving audience performance across the Latin American region.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Creative teams to define strategies for audience growth and optimize programming and promo-planning.
- Identify, develop, and maintain reports by combining syndicated research data (e.g., Ibope, Nielsen) with first-party data and dashboard visualizations.
- Analyze audience behavior, viewing patterns, and content consumption to identify opportunities for improved content discovery and engagement.
- Monitor audience trends across key markets including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.
- Turn complex internal and external datasets into actionable stories to drive product and market understanding company-wide.
- Track and define relevant KPIs to monitor app UX, subscriber acquisition, and retention for streaming services.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in insights or research.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the media industry (TV, cross-platform, or agency) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Streaming or TV network group.
- Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Comscore.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- Deep understanding of the competitive media landscape in Latin American markets.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
