About the Company

Gorgias is building the platform for Conversational Commerce, a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey. We are leading the shift toward making shopping feel more natural, human, and connected through deep product expertise and the latest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that stand out in an AI-saturated landscape
• Own Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) using tools like AirOps and Profound to increase mention rates and citation rates
• Manage SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as programmatic SEO
• Own social media as a channel, including strategy, creative, and posting cadence
• Distribute and amplify content across various channels, publishers, and partners
• Monitor and report on KPIs including pipeline influenced by content, organic/AI traffic growth, and Share of Voice
• Implement structured data and LLM-ready markup to ensure content is indexable by AI systems

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in content, organic growth, or search marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating creative content or campaigns, including an end-to-end SEO/AEO project with proven revenue impact
• Strong creative range with original ideas and sharp writing skills
• Data-oriented and revenue-focused mindset
• Experience or strong instinct for optimizing content for AI assistants and LLM-driven platforms
• Excellent collaboration skills with content, product, and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AirOps, Profound, or equivalent AEO tools
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, crawlability, and indexing
• Experience with structured data and schema markup
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, or GA4
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO or automation workflows
