Content Governance Strategist

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a global content governance framework and document control lifecycle.
• Orchestrate recurring audits and quality assurance schedules to identify and eliminate redundant or obsolete technical resources.
• Partner with cross-functional content owners, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to align training modules with standard workflows.
• Monitor content usage, searchability, and adoption to ensure internal teams can easily locate and trust materials.
• Support organizational change management by ensuring digital documentation evolves in real-time with process or tool changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content management, document control, enablement, or knowledge management.
• Expert capability navigating content management systems (CMS) such as Heretto, Contentful, or Confluence.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Sharp attention to detail with a talent for identifying documentation gaps and inconsistencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing large-scale content management system (CMS) data migrations.
• Proven track record of creating and executing new content governance and scalability processes.
• Experience supporting sales, professional services, or customer success teams.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning management systems (LMS) such as Docebo.
