Content Editor

Responsibilities

• Lead, refine, and elevate content quality across three in-house brands to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Proofread, edit, and review a wide range of materials including product listings, packaging, manuals, blogs, emails, and social content.
• Conduct final campaign-level reviews to maintain brand tone and uphold high editorial quality across all deliverables.
• Oversee the restructuring of marketing and technical content to improve readability and consumer usability.
• Enforce brand voice, editorial guidelines, and copyright standards across all published materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Design, and global content partners to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Act as a subject matter expert on editing standards, style guides, and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional editing experience.
• Proven experience with packaging content and PDP collateral.
• Expertise in AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style, or other relevant style guides.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PageProof, or similar reviewing platforms, and Frame.io or other video reviewing platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-visibility, complex workloads under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–6 years of digital marketing or marketing experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
