Content & Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design digital content for social media, email marketing campaigns, web banners, and other digital materials following brand guidelines
• Create original visual concepts to effectively communicate beauty and lifestyle product messages
• Develop graphic assets for product launches, promotions, and organic social media content
• Adapt creative content for various digital formats and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and websites
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, and social media teams to ensure visual storytelling coherence
• Optimize designs considering platform best practices and current visual trends
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative creative ideas for digital campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere for video and motion graphics
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other quick editing tools
• Experience with project management platforms
• Advanced English proficiency
