Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver microlearning modules, video-based training (AV), and other e-learning materials
• Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring timely updates, integration of new content, and user engagement
• Create content roadmaps including Virtual Classroom Training (VCT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Tactical updates, and Refresher modules
• Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and HR, as well as external vendors
• Perform quality checks on content and LMS functionality

Requirements

• BE or Diploma degree
• 3-4 years of experience in digital learning content development
• Experience in the automotive or a related technical field preferred
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suit
• Skills in video creation, editing, and graphic design
• Experience with Virtual Training Platforms and LMS management
