Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, threat-informed training to help learners recognize risks and change behavior
• Own learning content end-to-end, from needs analysis to delivery
• Create engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, and simulations
• Build learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and other development tools
• Use gamification, storytelling, and scenario-based design to increase engagement
• Experiment with AI tools for ideation, content drafting, and media creation
• Partner with subject matter experts and security teams to translate complex ideas into clear learning
• Continuously improve experiences based on feedback and performance goals

Requirements

• Strong experience in instructional design or eLearning content development
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and outcome-driven design
• Experience creating scenario-based and gamified learning experiences
• Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, or Synthesia
• Experience with video creation tools like Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva
• Ability to write clear, engaging instructional content
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing cybersecurity, information security, or compliance training
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
• Skills in animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design tools
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience for custom interactions
