Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy for high-impact product areas, including information architecture, UX writing, and launch polish
• Define product concepts, user mental models, narratives, and terminology for experimental AI experiences
• Create scalable content frameworks, naming systems, and product voice guidance
• Contribute to product language infrastructure such as glossaries, pattern libraries, and prompt libraries
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to expand prototyping, prompt creation, and design iteration
• Define standards for model-generated product copy, including prompt templates and quality rubrics
• Engage in user research to understand user needs, comprehension, and trust
• Mentor other designers and cross-functional partners on content design best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading content design for large-scale software products
• Proven track record of building scalable content systems and governance
• Experience shipping high-quality work in zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas
• Knowledge of localization best practices and experience partnering with localization teams
• Ability to partner effectively with AI research, engineering, product, and policy teams
• Deep interest in or experience with prompt engineering, model-generated content, and AI-assisted workflows
