Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms to spot emerging trends, sounds, and formats
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video and static content optimized for social media
• Develop and execute UGC strategies and create brand content with an authentic UGC look and feel
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to align content with campaign goals and brand voice
• Perform basic edits, text overlays, trending audio, and motion graphics to ensure platform-native output
• Organize and archive digital assets for social media use
• Stay current on platform best practices, features, and algorithm changes
• Contribute insights based on content performance and audience resonance

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit compelling short-form video, often with a smartphone
• Proficiency with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and/or basic desktop software
• Strong understanding of what makes UGC effective and experience creating in that style
• Ability to generate creative ideas quickly and adapt to fast-paced social media trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
