Responsibilities

• Monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, sounds, and formats
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video and static content
• Develop and execute UGC strategies and create authentic UGC-style brand content
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals
• Edit content with text overlays, trending audio, and basic motion graphics
• Organize and manage digital assets for social media use
• Stay updated on platform best practices and algorithm changes
• Contribute insights based on content performance

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to shoot and edit compelling short-form video content
• Proficiency with mobile editing apps and basic desktop software
• Strong understanding of effective UGC content and authentic style
• Creative mindset with ability to adapt quickly to social media trends
