Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including written articles, email, social media, and video
• Translate complex topics such as investing, pensions, retirement, and market movements into clear, accessible content for retail investors
• Turn global research and thought leadership into engaging, relevant stories for a retail audience
• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and business priorities, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
• Work closely with economists, product teams, and subject matter experts to represent Vanguard's investment philosophy
• Balance engaging storytelling with strict adherence to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Requirements

• Strong experience in content creation, ideally within personal finance journalism or investment writing for a retail audience
• Proven ability to explain complex financial topics in ways that are easy for everyday investors to understand
• Experience adapting content for various channels, including social media, email, and video
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
• Understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment and iterate content based on stakeholder feedback
