Content Creator Trainee

Responsibilities

• Create authentic and innovative social media content that represents the EF brand personality
• Manage and inspire a community of over 3,000 brand ambassadors
• Analyze social media metrics and engagement data to optimize content performance and reach
• Represent EF at trade fairs and events throughout Switzerland
• Execute content projects from ideation to production, including appearing on camera when needed

Requirements

• Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with camera equipment (e.g., Sony Alpha series) or a strong motivation to learn
• Strong storytelling skills with a keen sense of social media trends
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• A portfolio of creative work (required for consideration)
