About the Company

Talent 360 is a creative agency looking for trend-driven professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content, including product, lifestyle, and fashion-focused shoots
• Edit photos and videos into engaging, on-brand content for social media and digital campaigns
• Create Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content using CapCut or similar editing tools
• Develop creative concepts for content calendars, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections
• Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots, including styling, location setup, and content organization
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for future campaigns
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a strong portfolio
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools, particularly CapCut
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and short-form video formats
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an excellent eye for composition and aesthetics
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle content, and digital creativity
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute fresh content ideas
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
