Content Creator/Street Interview Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce and film social-first street interviews and lifestyle content across Dubai
• Capture real human interactions in various settings including rooftops, cafés, and nightlife venues
• Edit engaging, high-retention short-form videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Independently manage the end-to-end production process from filming to final edit
• Identify and approach interesting subjects such as founders, creatives, and tastemakers to capture authentic conversations

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Dubai with a deep understanding of the city's culture
• Professional experience in video filming and editing
• Proven ability to create content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Strong English communication skills and the confidence to approach strangers
• A portfolio of previous work is mandatory for application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with street interviews or documentary-style content
• Familiarity with luxury, fashion, hospitality, or nightlife sectors
• Existing connections to interesting social circles or venues in Dubai
• Understanding of viral content formats and social media pacing
