Responsibilities

• Generate interest and streams for AWAL artists by creating and distributing engaging social media content
• Drive digital dialogue and engagement around artist music and brand identity
• Identify emerging cultural trends and internet conversations to create resonant content
• Strategize on the best platforms and methods for content distribution
• Execute end-to-end content production, from ideation to final delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and growing social media accounts
• Experience with content creation, including design, video editing, and copywriting
• Ability to create viral content that achieves tangible impact
• Deep passion for music and a desire to build a career in the industry
• Ability to work proactively as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Must submit links to social accounts you have created and operated as part of your application
