Content Creator, Social Media

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing static and short-form video ads for Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Collaborate with paid media marketers to build, execute, and scale a structured creative testing matrix
• Review paid media performance data to identify trends and analyze creative wins/losses
• Develop on-trend, organic-leaning video formats by staying on top of internet and design culture
• Partner with growth marketers, copywriters, and the Creative team to maintain brand integrity

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital content creation, video editing, or production
• Advanced short-form video editing skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
• Data-informed creative mindset with ability to translate metrics into creative revisions
• Strong on-camera comfort for pitching, scripting, and hosting content
• Deep appreciation for interior design, fine art, jewelry, and vintage fashion
• Agile, low-ego approach to feedback and high-volume asset production
