Content Creator (Reels + Editing)

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping social media creatives including posts, carousels, stories, and reels covers
• Produce short-form video content such as reels, shorts, promos, and product explainers
• Ensure all content adheres to specific brand guidelines regarding colors, fonts, and tone
• Assist in building and maintaining content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write or support the creation of engaging captions, hashtags, and content hooks
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content inputs and handle feedback cycles professionally
• Track basic performance metrics like reach and engagement to suggest content improvements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience (internships, freelance, and full-time roles are all valid)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing capabilities
• Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) fundamentals and platform formats
• Proficiency in Canva is required
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work on-site in Belgaum, India, from 10 AM – 7 PM IST

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of paid ads creatives and what drives performance
• Strong copywriting sense for hooks and calls-to-action (CTAs)
• Familiarity with content planning tools like Notion, Trello, or Zoho
