Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms
• Develop content strategies that align with business and marketing objectives
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and creative copy for multiple channels
• Build and maintain monthly content plans and calendars
• Brainstorm innovative ideas for brand campaigns and activations
• Present creative concepts and content directions to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure brand alignment
• Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field
• Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or advertising
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content writing skills
• Proven experience in developing content strategies and managing content calendars
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing meetings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Strong understanding of social media platform best practices and algorithms
