Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Own organic social media content plans for three brands
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Stories
• Explore the integration of AI tools to scale creative production
• Maintain consistent visual aesthetics across all content within brand guidelines
• Conduct reporting to identify platform trends, algorithm priorities, and emerging formats
• Write compelling copy for social media assets
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners like influencers and vets
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Contribute to social media strategic reviews and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, UGC, or social media
• A strong portfolio of short-form content (essential)
• Deep hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma is preferred
• Experience with AI image and content generation platforms is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills for hooks, captions, and scripts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for pets and comfort filming with animals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on US market accounts or global brand campaigns
• Background in healthcare, animal health, or consumer pet categories
• Agency-side experience or working within a multi-stakeholder environment
