Content & Creator Operations Expert

Responsibilities

• Use user interviews and data analysis to understand the content ecosystem and set long-term goals for the Japanese market.
• Expand authentic, high-quality UGC content by staying attuned to trending topics and leveraging strong content sense.
• Design and implement strategies to support creator growth and nurture flagship creators within the Japanese market.
• Collaborate with Product, User Growth, and Marketing teams to drive Lemon8’s growth, awareness, and reputation through integrated marketing and advertising operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in creator strategy, content operations, or marketing strategy within a social media or content platform.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese (fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory).
• Strong strategic thinking and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
• High sensitivity to content trends and a solid understanding of Japanese social media operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

• Strong content creation skills with a proven track record of managing successful social media accounts on various platforms.
