Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, digital channels, and internal communications
• Appear on camera to present content with confidence and professionalism
• Write engaging copy including scripts, captions, and short-form editorial
• Work with clients and senior executives to translate communication goals into compelling content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and HR teams to align content with broader campaigns
• Stay current on social media trends and platform-native formats

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end video production experience (planning, filming, editing)
• Confidence appearing on camera with strong presentation skills
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive leadership
• Solid copywriting skills adaptable across various formats
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or audio production
• Experience using Gen AI tools for content creation and efficiency
• Ability to build personal AI workflows for script drafting or ideation
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs with human judgment
