About the role
Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and static formats
- Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose into authentic, platform-native moments
- Create lo-fi, high-impact content using smartphones, DSLRs, and simple lighting setups
- Storyboard and present content concepts with platform rationale
- Stay current with social trends, viral formats, and creator culture
- Produce reactive, real-time content connected to cultural moments
- Edit and adapt content across multiple formats using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native tools
- Collaborate with social media managers on publishing calendars and campaign timelines
- Support shoots involving influencers and content creators
- Use Gen AI tools to support ideation, visual references, and editing
Requirements
- 2–4 years of social content creation experience with a strong portfolio
- Technical proficiency in concepting, shooting, and editing
- Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut
- Fluency in social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to identify cultural trends and turn them into content quickly
- Experience creating content for consumer brands
- Professional proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Experience in an in-house agency or social-specialist team
- Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects)
- Photography skills for still social content
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance data
- Experience with accessibility in content creation
