Content Creator Intern

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Brainstorm, pitch, and execute creative content ideas that align with campaign objectives and brand voice
• Support visual storytelling through content creation, copywriting, and creative asset development
• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, sounds, memes, and platform updates
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar editing software
• Design simple social assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and creative workflows
• Assist with community management by engaging with audiences and monitoring conversations
• Track content performance and help prepare bi-weekly and monthly social media reports
• Support on-site content capture at concerts, tours, events, and brand activations

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered creative tools
• Strong video editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging content trends
• Passion for Latin music, live entertainment, and pop culture
• Experience creating content for brands, organizations, or personal social media channels
• Familiarity with social media strategy, analytics, and performance reporting
