Responsibilities

• Film and edit compelling short-form content ensuring clips are algorithm-optimized
• Work with the Founder Storytelling Team to identify key moments for social distribution
• Enhance content with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics to improve engagement
• Adapt editing styles based on performance insights and data iteration
• Maintain high production quality and adhere to the brand's distinctive style
• Stay ahead of trends by experimenting with new formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques
• Travel globally with the Founder to shoot world-class social content

Requirements

• Elite editing and filming skills with expertise in Premiere Pro or equivalent
• Proven track record of editing viral social clips and driving engagement
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics to refine content
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and platform-native content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment with high urgency
• Willingness and flexibility for regular global travel
• Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and emotion
