Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit vibrant content including Reels, TikToks, and IGTV videos
• Collaborate with the External Creator Network to provide strategic concept direction
• Scout, evaluate, and onboard new talent to expand the creator roster
• Partner with internal teams like eCommerce and Marketing to align content with product initiatives
• Maintain the iconic Fashion Nova aesthetic and brand voice across all digital assets
• Leverage AI-powered tools for creative ideation and content execution
• Stay ahead of digital trends to innovate and engage audiences across social platforms
• Partner with influencers to ideate and execute compelling campaigns

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in photography, videography, content editing, and content strategy
• Exceptional fashion and model photography skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and analytics platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High cultural and social awareness regarding trends and inclusivity
• Willingness to travel as needed to capture brand content
