Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact content including Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with product launches and brand storytelling
• Manage and provide strategic direction to the External Creator Network (ECN)
• Scout and onboard new talent to refresh the creator roster monthly
• Leverage AI-powered tools for creative ideation and efficient content execution
• Stay ahead of digital trends to innovate and engage audiences across all social platforms
• Partner with influencers to ideate and execute compelling brand campaigns

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in photography, videography, content editing, and strategy
• Exceptional fashion and model photography skills
• Deep mastery of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content optimization
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and analytics platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• High cultural awareness and understanding of social trends relevant to the brand
• Ability to travel as needed to capture on-brand content
