Content Creator and Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, engaging, and original written, visual, and video content aligned with brand identity
• Produce short-form video content, employee spotlights, and recruiting campaigns
• Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar and schedule posts
• Plan, film, and edit video content for various digital platforms
• Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
• Engage with followers and online communities professionally
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, and follower growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Digital Media, or Public Relations
• Experience creating content for major social media platforms
• Ability to capture and edit photography and video content

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing
• Experience developing social media campaigns and content calendars
• A portfolio of previous social media, video, or digital content work
